Course Summary & Objectives
Developing a Thriving Cause Community will equip OneChild staff with adaptable training content to use as they train Hope Center leaders in pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities in setting up Cause Communities on Bridgely.
After completing the course, OneChild staff will have:
- describe the pre-launch to post-launch processes and understand the components of each,
- distinguished what content must be contextualized,
- compared globally created tools, and
- organize contextualized trainings for their respective Hope Centers based on best practices and collective OneChild wisdom.
