Developing a Thriving Cause Community will equip OneChild staff with adaptable training content to use as they train Hope Center leaders in pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities in setting up Cause Communities on Bridgely.

After completing the course, OneChild staff will have:

  • describe the pre-launch to post-launch processes and understand the components of each,
  • distinguished what content must be contextualized,
  • compared globally created tools, and
  • organize contextualized trainings for their respective Hope Centers based on best practices and collective OneChild wisdom.
